Reinstall fitting with fuel fitting sealantgasket maker and siphon away. I think that may be an anti-siphon valve which can go bad and cut fuel flow.
You may have damaged it using 60 psi air pressure that poor little ani suphone valve doesnt usually see that kind of force.
