Any rollers forward of this point have to be set by trial and error by rolling the boat back and forth on the trailer until correct. Then winch the boat up on the trailer with the bunks set so they DONT touch the hull letting it rock side to side a little. So I would lower a little bit launch and retrieve then lower a bit more launch and retrieve. Once the rear pivot horizontal adjustment has been set determine if the vertical adjustment should be in the 1 or 2 hole position.
